Each morning a sumptuous Breakfast Buffet is laid out in our Conservatory Restaurant on the eleventh floor of the hotel.  Gaze out over the view of Lima or towards to ocean as you nibble of a freshly baked croissant.

At the Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde cocktail bar, which can be found in the lobby, we serve tantalising cocktails inlcuding the Peruvian speciality, Pisco Sour.  Or perhaps you would prefer to try one of our finest, tasting liquors.
